STORY

Hedwige is the driving force behind a small cooperative called Mivoatra of 7 farmers in the upper Sambirano valley. They have been growing cocoa for years, in combination with bananas, vanilla, mangoes, etc. Hedwige's careful control of this micro-lot results in an exceptional tasting experience.
